My passion is preserving the character of Central Coast cottages and mid-century homes ...and those solid 70s/80s/90s brick homes that just need better connection to the backyard and improved flow. while making them functional for modern family life. I'm the person who works out how to add that extra bedroom without losing the backyard, or open up the kitchen without demolishing everything you love about the house.
